Open University Geological Society

OUGS Sales exists to provide a service to members (and other interested parties) to supply items for geological fieldwork and books that might otherwise be difficult to obtain from regular retail outlets. Also supplied are a range of shirts, consumables and gifts - all decorated with the OUGS logo.

OUGS Sales will usually have a stand at events such as the OUGS Symposium* and AGM*, and at some residential schools**. For those people who cannot get to Society events, all items are available by mail order.

 

As well as cheques, we now accept bank transfer payments, so orders can be phoned or emailed. Get details from sales@ougs.org when you order. Goods will be despatched on reciept of payment. For postal orders, download an order form complete and post to the Sales Officer with your cheque.

 

 

For emailed orders, with payment by direct bank transfer, a simple descripion of the item will suffice. However,  a form for electronic completion can be found in the Members Only area on http://ougs.org 

 

OUGS has its own sense of identity with distinctive sweatshirts, t-shirts and polo shirts. For many years the ammonite logo was used exclusively, but more recently shield and text logos have been added to the range. If you are thinking of ordering shirts, it is worth emailing sales@ougs.org to check sizes / colours / logo availability. If you want a particular colour or size this can usually be ordered from our supplier especially for you!
